Haus & Orde is based in Amsterdam and primarily serves clients throughout Amsterdam, Haarlem, Amstelveen, The Hague, Utrecht, and surrounding areas. For relocation, travel planning, and virtual concierge services, we can assist clients throughout the Netherlands and internationally.

Do I need to be present while you organise my home?

Not necessarily. Many clients prefer to be involved during the initial consultation and planning stages, while others are happy for us to work independently. We will agree on a process that feels comfortable for you and keeps you informed throughout the project.

What happens to the items I no longer want?

We work with you to decide what should be kept, donated, sold, recycled, or responsibly disposed of. Our goal is to help you create a home that contains only the items that support your lifestyle and bring value to your daily life.

How does the Lifestyle Concierge service work?

Our Lifestyle Concierge service is designed to simplify everyday life. We can assist with household administration, travel planning, appointment scheduling, family logistics, restaurant reservations, relocation support, and a variety of personal tasks. Following an initial consultation, we create a tailored support plan based on your needs.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Absolutely. Discretion and trust are at the heart of everything we do. Whether we are organising your home, managing household administration, assisting with relocation, or coordinating travel arrangements, all client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
