Terms & Conditions
Bookings and Payment
Once a service has been confirmed, a 60% upfront payment is required based on the approved quote. This payment secures the booking and allows Haus & Orde to begin planning and preparing for the agreed service.
The remaining balance is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing or stated on the invoice.
All prices, payment terms and service details will be confirmed in the relevant quote or invoice before work begins.
Cancellation Policy
Initial Consultation

Initial consultations may be cancelled with a full refund when cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise agreed by Haus & Orde.

Other Services

For all other services, cancellation terms and any applicable refunds will be handled in line with the terms set out in the relevant quote or invoice.

Because each service may differ in scope, preparation time, products, third-party costs and scheduling requirements, refund eligibility may vary depending on the service booked.

Any non-refundable costs, committed expenses or work already completed may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Service Changes
If a client wishes to reschedule or make changes to a confirmed service, Haus & Orde will do its best to accommodate the request, subject to availability and the nature of the service booked.

Any changes that affect the original scope, timing, materials, products or level of support required may result in an updated quote or additional charges.
Completion and Final Payment
The final balance is due once the agreed service has been completed. Completion means that the service described in the approved quote or invoice has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional work requested outside of the original agreed scope may be quoted and invoiced separately.
Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights that may apply under Dutch or EU consumer law.
